While Duo does not have a named integration with Forescout, it looks like other customers have configured it successfully using our generic RADIUS or LDAP integration types. For the web client, our Generic SP for Duo SSO has also been used. Please refer to these docs as well as Forescout’s own documentation for configuring any of these.
