Please for your help,
I have installed on my server the Cisco Unified CM with System version 10.5.2 and for an unknown reason to me, some External Phone Number Masks are not working ( 1 week ago were working fine ) also every new phone number that i get from my telephony provider is not working either. I have read from your community website that when you have a new range of phone numbers or a new number, you need to create possibly a new call pattern. If I am correct or there is any other way, could you explain to me how exactly to do?
