SNA notification problem SG350

I use a switch SG350-28SFP in the network and I have a problem with the information constantly appearing in SNA "%SNA-W-TIMERHASELAPSED: Opening timer has elapsed, for client with session-id......" I can't find anywhere what this error means and how to find a solution.

looks some of the ports enabled this service, required to disabled if you do not like to see this message

i do not have a device to explore, if you have a device check any port or configuration you can tweak (apologies - if this not help you on this occasion)
