SNA notification problem SG350

I use a switch SG350-28SFP in the network and I have a problem with the information constantly appearing in SNA "%SNA-W-TIMERHASELAPSED: Opening timer has elapsed, for client with session-id......" I can't find anywhere what this error means and how to find a solution.

I have read this manual and unfortunately it does not answer my question.

looks some of the ports enabled this service, required to disabled if you do not like to see this message
