We are excited to become part of the Devnet community, and provide a wide range of tools to our customers and internal communities.
The objective is to:
- Focus on TAC case prevention
- Reduce case lifetime
- Provide advanced RF analysis tools
- Allow bulk data collection, telemetry and log analysis
This is a joint collaboration effort between WNG Escalation, WNG Engineering, TAC leads and Devnet team, thanks to all that make this possible!
It will be the new home for WLCCA and WCAE tools
