despite having 100 licenses, can only have 60 APs connected, if I want to add more APs have to disconnect one that is active

The info provided is useless. 

Post the complete output to the command "sh sysinfo" and provide the exact models of the APs trying to join.

I can only have 60 APs connected, if I want to add more got off one that is active despite having 100 licenses.
