Dear Sir:

i have VSM 6.2 with VOSM 4.2 , and i try install new drivers to be support AXIS PTZ camera, its work , but when i install new VSM 6.3.1. and install the same drivers , (when i try to add new ip camera and choose the camera)I CANT SEE THE AXIS PTZ CAMERA NO ???

Hello,

Can I ask what is the actual model number of the Axis camera that you are trying to add into VSOM?  There are several Axis PTZ cameras listed in the drop down menu in the image you provided.

Hello:

first, thank you, in  fact the Axis cameras is  P1344 -E, P5534, the case was solved , when we get new drivers for the cameras. and upgrade the VSM from 6.2 to 6.3.1

but actually now i face another problem, i have two 4U storage, and 1RU as VSOM. and around 50 Axis cameras ( P1344-E , P5534). i try to make recording ( archive) from one camera at two storage at the same time ?

I can make recording at one storage, but the other NO?

please can you give me the configuration step to be able record one camera at two storage at the same time?
