Cisco Physical Security MultiService Platform - Installation from scratch.

Hello Experts,

I am working for Cisco NVR (Cisco Physical Security MultiService Platform) which was purchase around 5 years ago and due to some reason it could not be installed at that time. Basically i am a network guy and dont have much experience with Cisco Cameras and NVR (Cisco Physical Security MultiService Platform). I will be thankful if anyone support with required documents how this installation should be done from scratch.

Below is that attached Bill of Quantities.

Thanks.

Hi Fazal,

Sorry to hear you're stuck in such a predicament.  A majority of that hardware is End of Life / End of Sale and cannot even be supported.  I strongly suggest you reach out to your local Cisco representative to see what your options are moving forward.

If you must implement the hardware you have identified, you'll probably want to begin with the documentation outlined here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/physical-security/video-surveillance-manager/data_sheet_c78-490683.html?cachemode=refresh

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/physical_security/video_surveillance/network/vsm/release_notes/6_3/vsm_rn_63.html

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/physical_security/video_surveillance/network/vsm/6_3/install_upgrade/vsm_install_upgrade.html

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/physical-security/video-surveillance-media-server-software/tsd-products-support-series-home.html

Again, if you are deploying this net new... I would definitely recommend going with a more modern version of software:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/physical_security/video_surveillance/network/vsm/roadmap/vsm_7_roadmap.html#pgfId-48992

Best of luck!
