Couldnt add non cisco cameras eventhough we have license

Hello Team,

We have cisco VSOM 7.6 with 4 media servers. Around 300 cisco cameras are working fine,

We have purchased 10 non cisco cameras license for adding the Pelco PTZ (P1220) cameras.I have uploaded the license.

While we adding the camera, Its gving error username & credentials are incorrect.

Eventhough am using correct one.

Pls assist on this.

What camera model type are you attempting to select when adding the cameras?  According to the release notes for VSM 7.6, only the following Pelco devices are officially supported:

I'm not familiar with the P1220... is it part of their 'Sarix' family?

Thank you so much for your valuable reply.

P1220 is a spectra family but am getting error stating that, invalid credentials.

As per the release notes-Spectra IV family is supported but its in NTSC.

Could you please advice on this. I have created template for PAL.

Sorry for the wrong info, P1220-PTZ is a Spectra professional series.

Unfortunately it looks like only Spectra models with the older TXB-IP (MPEG4) module are supported :-(

You *might* be able to get it functional under an ONVIF driver?   If not, your only other option is likely to pay Cisco to develop the required driver for you.
