Can anyone tell me how to customize button on cisco joystic pad ? for PTZ camera purpose.

i've read those discussion earlier time, but i dont think that solved my problem, since the link is already removed.

Have you created any actual PTZ preset "shots" within VSOM yet?  Once you have some ordered preset shots, I believe the buttons should simply activate them.
