Dear all,
Please I do have the same problem but also when I connect on the camera through web I still see distorted picture and changing in colors.
I updated the firmware and still the same problem, VSOM 6.3
Here is a sample I have 12 Camers with the same problem.

What series of cameras are these? I believe that this may be a bad imager chip. We had a number of the 25xx series of cameras that had this issue and some 26xx series.

it is the CIVS-IPC-2500.
If it is the chip what is the solution for that please?

The only solution that I know of is to have them replaced by Cisco. You can call Cisco Support and they can assist you if the cameras are still under warranty or smartnet contract.
