we have CISCO VSOM 7.9 and it is having connectivity with cameras, what we have observed is in SSD, we could see so many alerts are storing (coming), in that some are critical and some are info only. i would like to store only critical alerts and ignore the info alerts, is htere any way we can do the same.
Also in SSD for some of the cameras at some times, we could see that continuous alerts are coming, which are showing as alerts, the alerts streaming status normal. we dont know why this alert is coming continuously even when there is no disconnection. since these alerts (INFO) are not important to us, we dont want to store the same.
