I have a Cisco CIVS-IPC-2630v that has been in production for about a year now with no issues. This morning it is showing Streaming, Recording, and Confguration critical and everything I try(reset status, repair config, replace config, reboot camera) gives me a (get TimeSetting failed).
I am able to get to the camera and have tried changing NTP on the camera as well as the config of the camera in VSOM.
Has anyone ever seen this issue before?

According to the release notes for VSM 7.6.0, the minimum supported camera firmware for the 2600 series cameras is version 4.4.2.
Chances are, if you directly update the 2630V to 4.4.2, you'll be able to run a Replace Configuration to correct the issues.
Cheers!

I am receiving the same error when attempting repair configuration. I have not made any changes to the environment such as firmware or server upgrades.

Hey Nicholas,
Can you tell us what VSM version you are running, as well as the exact firmware version on the camera endpoint?
Thanks!

The VSM version is 7.6.0. The CIVS-IPC-2630V firmware version is V4.2.1-1

Great work!!! Thank you. I worked after updating the camera firmware to 4.4.2
I must have added this camera after I upgraded all the camera firmware in the environment.

No worries.... Keep that in mind for any 2600 series gear you may have in stock/stores. I don't believe you'll find any New-In-Box 2600 cameras that are running 'latest' firmware. You will almost always have to update them at this point in time.
Cheers!
