IPC-4500E end point error

hi, I am having a problem with IPC-4500E. problem that occurs is when I add this camera in vsom happened "end point error", but I try to access the camera directly from IE no problem. any ideas?

which version of VSM are you using?

Verify the firmware on the camera is up to date and make sure the model in the batch administration page is correct. If those are correct I would try to delete and reinstall.
