I want to know if we can have VSOM to register and video linksys PVC 2300 camera.

Hi Prateek,
PVC 2300 (originally Linksys product) ip surveillance camera is NOT a supported devices with VSM.
You can use the below url to get a listing of Supported Devices for VSM:

i am looking for the cheapest camera that is supported on vsm.

I had a request from a client that wanted to add a low performance camera to the VSM. The issue is the low performance cameras do not have the ability to speak to the VSM.
There is a list of cameras supported for VSM and it will always be updated when you update your VSM. Here is the path to get to this list.
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/doc/BMS/source_types replace the x'es with your IP address to your server and the list will come up for you. Then go shopping for the cheapest camera on the list.
