Are the 2110s going to be managed by FMC or FDM? if they will be managed by FMC then you can rely on the Firewall Migration Tool to do the majority of the work for you as per the following guide:
However, if you will be managing the 2110s via FDM then you would need to use Cisco CDO:
Migrating an ASA Configuration to an FDM-Managed Device Template

How do I start testing the firewall after unboxing, does we have any tool to check whether the firewall is working good or not?

You would need to power them up and check that they load the initial bootstrap to allow you going through the initial configs such as hostname, management IP, DNS etc. Once that is done, you might need to upgrade them to the latest recommended release which is 7.4.2 as of today. Depending on the configs on the ASA you might need to prepare any port channel and subinterfaces ahead of using the Firewall Migration Tool.
