No able to delete the camera from VSOM

When I am deleting the camera from the server. Below error is showimg

Media server reported the error connect(addr='/usr/BWhttpd/run/device.c771a3fc-867c-49d5-a275-31bfdc0b6459_socket', fd=8): Connection refused

Can anyone help on this?

Are all of your servers reporting healthy?

Also, what versions of VSM are we dealing with here?

i have a similar error deleting camera in 7.6 that I imported as pre-provisioned. when I try to delete them, I get two errors"

operation failed:Media server report the error ACK: timed out

operation failed:"failed to delete device. "cameraNAME"

Is this coming on VSM 7.7.0 server? Are the server reachable over network and try to access the media partitions and let me know the status.
