Again, related to an update from 7.5.1 to 7.8. When I run SASD, I can initially see video, wall, alerts, map; however, the alerts tab goes away when SASD fully loads. It's almost as though I don't have full rights to see some things so it removes it after it finishes loading. I'm a super admin, though, so I don't know why this would happen. I've tried it on multiple OS's and it doesn't want to work right for me. I mean...SASD works, in that I can get to locationsand view cameras, but I can't seem to see alerts. Any suggestions?
