support for disks in CIVS-MSP-4RU

I tried install WD 1 TB RED Disk in 4RU chassis, I found that it Works ok in all slots but in some cases slots like 11, 19 and 20 doesnt works, using lsi preboot utility doesnt shows any disk inserted in these slots. Had anyone facing same situation?

Your milleage will likely vary with untested and unsupported HDDs.  Unfortunately I can't provide any insight as we only utilize supported HDDs from Cisco as we must have vendor support for our installations.

I'd recommend checking support documentation from the RAID HBA vendor.  In this case, LSI.
