Video Surveillance Manager Failed to open in browser

Dear Expert,

Video Surveillance Manager 7.3  is not opening in any browser. I have tried in several way but it give me blue screen.when I give this ip in browser it is  asking for password and when i am giving password its show blue screen.

Could you send us a browser console log about this issue? (ctrl+shift+J in chrome and ctrl+shift+K in mozilla)

VSM is intended for use in Internet Explorer.

At best, you are only going to get partial functionality in alternate browsers such as Firefox or Chrome.

Can you *confirm* the version of VSM you are attempting to run?  I don't believe Cisco ever released a VSM 7.3 version.

According to their download resources, these are all the current version available in the 7.X track:
