VSM Camera Driver Issue in CPAM

Hi,

Software Versions:

• CPAM: 1.5.2(0.3.7)
• VSMS: 7.6.0-075d RHEL5.8
• VSOM: 7.6.0-120 RHEL 5.8

I am trying to integrate my VSM with CPAM, I've created a VSM Camera Driver 7X in CPAM and configured it with my VSOM IP address and credentials. The driver has started but when i synchronize with VSM my cameras are not appearing.

Are there any logs i can look at to understand why this is happening, there doesn't appear to be an error displayed.

Hi,

is the 7.6 HOTFIX installed on the server? if not please do install them and we have 1.5.2 hot fix patch for cpam available in cisco.com. please install the same and recreate the camera drivers.

Thanks - both the VSM and CPAM hotfixes resolved this issue.
