I cannot seem to find an answer to my question. Where does one set the permission for users to have the "record now" feature? We have different roles for users but I cannot seem to set the record now function up for non admin users.

It looks like the Record Now feature has been disabled via the settings page under admin:

Its enabled and set to 15mins but only the administrator account can use it. All others do not see the button.
