VSOM 7.6.1 Unable to delete camera

I am trying to delete a camera which no longer, physically exists and getting the following error: Operation Failed: Media server reported the device is administratively down, message [126] not allowed. get this error with every delete option. The camera does not appear on the devices list on the media server. Any ideas on how I can delete this camera?

Is the camera (in VSOM) currently in an enabled or a disabled state?  If its in a disabled state, try enabling it first before deleting it. (yes, I know that sounds ridiculous).

The camera showed to be in an Enabled (Critical) state. When I pulled up the "Configuration Mismatch" window by clicking the clipboard icon on the Status tab, it showed a configured value of Enabled and a Primary MS Value of Disabled. After banging my head against this for a while, I finally just did a replace with an existing camera and all is well now. Thanks for the reply!
