VSOM 7.6 Invalid Username or Password or Timesync Mismatch

I am trying to correct some issues with a Sony SNC-WR632.  I just updated the firmware on the camera to 2.5

Trying to add it back to the system using a generic ONVIF template and I am getting the following message?

The following error occurred while verifying the device. Operation failed: Invalid Username or Password or Timesync Mismatch

I have verified the passwords by logging in with them.  Our Clock timers are coming off the NTP Server?

Any help on this would be correct, or help me develop the proper template for the above Camera

1. what is the VSM version?

2. have you set the NTP? have you tried using VSM as NTP server?

3. have you tried using the Generic Drivers? how did go?

Camera is compatible with ONVIF Profile S, could you check, if the camera supports ONVIF 2.0 or higher version? BTW this is not firmware version.
