VSOM 7 Redhat Linux Root Password

Hi everbody,

I was trying to access my VSOM 7 for the first time I entered using the local admin and hvae changed the password but the proble is I can canot configure anything on the server as it is asking for the root password which I do not know and I can not find in any related documents,So Anyoneone know what is the root password for it?

What platform is this on?  Is this on a new server that shipped with VSM7?

What is it you are trying to configure?  99% of all required configuration can be accomplished via the VSMC interface.

Karim7784,

From the server console, go to localhost from a browser to complete the initialization via the management console. Then all other settings can be managed from the operations manager web interface.
