I have installed all the components on a single server and restarted all the services etc. The issue that I am having is getting video to display in the operator view. The only thing that I am showing in the log is. I can connect to the camera's fine directly so I know everything is flowing through the network fine. If anyone has any ideas much appreciative in advance. Thanks.

Need some additional information here. What model camera? Have you ensured it's been configured in VSMS properly and that
VSMS is authenticating to the camera properly?
I'm assuming VSMS 6.2 ?

I have an issue where a DLL fails to register during the client install the first time you browse to VSOM. This failure causes the operator view not to work.
I can still see video from the camera streams in admin mode but operator view just doesn't work presumably because of this failed DLL (BWMsrcfltr.dll).

What version Operating System and browser are you using? Be as specific as absolutely possible.

I replied on the other thread but now I'm thinking that perhaps it's not that dll that's the issue.
I believe I had this issue before upgrading to Win7 so it might be some stupid legacy registry setting or such.
I might have to packet trace to see if the software is trying to talk to something silly.
