what approach to protect my web server on ASA5505

please reccomend my approach to protect my server 1 (web) and server 55499 (SIP) in the following design,

note the real IP's configured on the servers as well

the server 2 acts as a Database server that replicates with the web server and is configured on a private network for increased security..
