Unless I'm mistaken, the RAID adapters Cisco chose to implement in these builds aren't equipped with backup batteries. Usually, the end user only has to acknowledge the lack of a battery one time and the adapter remembers it(?).
In your case, it would appear that after having power restored, your RAID adapter actually noticed that it unexpectedly lost power the previous time and lost write data. It then required you to acknowledge this fact, it appears.
Is there a way to prevent it from interrupting bootup should a similar event happen again? I currently don't know... TAC may have some information on it.
