Cisco ISE HA for RestAPI with Netscaler

Hello guys,

we want to use the RestAPI to generate the Guest Accounts.

For redundancy this requests are going through a Netscaler which should forward the requests to the PAN. Therefore we need to check which Administration Node is primary and which is secondary. Does anyone know how to get the current state of an Administration Node (e.g. RestAPI) so the Netscaler can forward the requests to the correct Admin Node.

I'm not sure if the secondary pan even responds to API requests, if it doesn't then that could be the test i guess. Also remember that it's not until ISE 1.4 that you can do automatic PAN failover.
