DNG using relays randomly

hi

when i set up a dng with www, rdp, and smb relays, and start using the server i notice that it's starting to use these relays randomly.

for example, i open a rdp connection from a computer, and on my phone it shows up "smb relay" in duo when asking permission.

i copy pasted the correct relay trio-data (integration, secret, and api)

is this normal? we doing something wrong?

thanks

That doesn't sound expected. Are you reusing the same relay ports for the different applications, so it can't distinguish between the incoming connections? You might want to contact Duo Support and review your application and relay configs with one of our support engineers.

Duo, not DUO.

We've seen this issue, too.  When hosting multiple RDP relays on the same DNG cluster, this happens.  We've replicated it over multiple DNG clusters, so it's not specific to one particular cluster.  I had a ticket open for this without resolution.
