We tested DUO with our SonicWALL SRA 1600 VPN appliance for 2FA last fall and the prompt that is supposed to ask if you want push, text or phone call would not display. Instead a push would be automatically generated with no choices presented. I was told there was a known issue causing the problem and it was expected to be resolved in an update that would be coming out soon. It has been almost a year and I have not been able to find anything out. Does anyone know of a solution?
FYI, we are not using the SonicWALL Web Application Firewall feature mentioned in this article. It is NOT enabled.
