Level 1

Hi,

Can you help me to provide information where i can find the BOM (Bill of Materials) for the switch with following specs ?

• Two core switches are required for  redundancy on the architecture level.

• Every switch shall be fully redundant in  power supplies and supervisor engines.

e Core switches are used to build a  collapsed core layer which is responsible for routing

functions, aggregating 10 Gig uplinks from  access layer and hosting servers.

10 GE ports shall be equipped  with original X2 interfaces from same manufacturer of the

core switches.

• Each of the two core switches should  meet the following minimum specs:

o Rack mount Modular chassis with a  minimum of 1 free slot after installing all modular

components.

o Must have passive backplane  architecture.

o Must be configured with redundant power  supplies.

o Must be configured with a  supervisory or control module and minimum  512MB RAM

expandable to 1GB.

o Must have a minimum redundant switching  capacity of 720Gbps.

o The supervisory module must have at  least two 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports equipped

with two SR X2 modules.

o Must be configured with (1) one 4-port  10Gigabit Ethernet modules fully populated

with the correct  type of XENPAK's (X2). XENPAK's (X2) must be provided by the same
manufacturer providing the switches for compatibility and optimum performance.

o One 48 10/100/1000 ports fabric enabled  module must be installed with DFC card for

servers connectivity

o One 48 Gig SFP ports module must be  installed and equipped with the required SFPs.

o One 48        10/100/1000    ports fabric enabled module  to connect Call Center agent

workstations and IP  Phones.

Thanks in Anticipation
