last night 1 of our 4900 failed, below is the only information i can get when consoled in.
UNHANDLED ROMMON EXCEPTION at PC=0033d990
Vector=00000100 MSR=02021230 LR=0033e2e4
i cant get to rommon mode, during the boot sequence. (CTL_C)
the ps1 & 2 & system lights are off, fan light is green.
both power supplies have input & output power green leds.
i've removed the front modules, and flash card so that there is only a minimum config, 1 power supply and a console..
and all i get is the above..
any help would be great...
ive read a couple of other post that point here, like below but all point to being in rommmon mode or getting into rommon ...which i cant
My other switch has the following , both of which were the same a tht etime of install.
