I have a Cisco 7962 IP Phone to register with Cisco CME 8.6, i have uploaded the IP Phone files required as per the compatibility matrix of Cisco cme 8.6, i have added the load command inder telephony-service as it is an SCCP IP Phone.
The IP Phone was registered before with a Cisco CUCM 8.1 and working fine.
After issuing the debug tftp events, debug tftp packets, debug ephone detail, i have recieved the below debug:

No requests are being recieved for an unsigned file, only request for signed file are being recieved.
1- Can we creat a signed XMLDefault file or a signed config file and upload to the CME?
