The voice infrstructure has 1 Call Manager, 1 Unity and 1 H.323 Voice Gateway Router. The problem is when a user forwarded his call to any number, the call gets forwarded and at times only 1 way audio is heard and at times it works fine. The calls that are made directly from the phones to any number through the voice gateway works perfectly but this issue is there only on call forwarded calls. Analog lines are being used in this scenario.
