Hi, I have a client running CUCM 8.6.2 who needs to add 10 x additional users with 7942G handsets.
I am struggling to understand exactly what I need to order in terms of handset part number and user licence part number to fulfill his request and my distributor is also none the wiser.
A simple one for someone who knows and a difficult one for someone who is simple. Thanks in advance.
