I have a quick question (hopefully) regarding an ATA 187 and secondary DTMF tones. Our issue deals with a new ATA 187 (SIP) and calls placed from the device into MeetingPlace Express or AT&T Teleconferencing Systems. We are able to dial the number to place the call but when the conferencing system prompts for the meeting id, it never recognizes the DTMF tones. My testing is leading me to believe it’s something with the router as when calls are placed from the same site with an ATA 186 (SCCP) the conference is successful. Additionally, when they call from the ATA 187 directly to my cell phone, I can hear the secondary DTMF tones. Also we experience no problems with using an ATA 187 here in Nashville. So I definitely believe its something with the new site.
