Switch port showing Solid Amber port status not connected

Hi  Everyone,

2 Switch ports  on switch  WS-C3560-48PS  are showing as Solid Amber.

Even if i unplug the cable they stay as Amber.Nothing is connected on the other end.

I check the port status it shows not conencted.

There are no errors on the  port.

sh spanning-tree int fa0/20

no spanning tree info available for FastEthernet0/20

Can sometime tell if ports are gone bad or not?
