I have two C3945 and both of them presents the same problem.
The power supplies are turned on and connected in both sides of the power cable (green led), but CLI output shows fail status. It occurrs in the second power supply.
Somebody has the same problem?
It's weird because it happens in two devices.

Internal Power Supply 2 Type: AC
Internal Power Supply 2 12V Output Status: Fail
