Problem Description: The touch screen failed to synchronize with the codec EX60.

 

Action Taken: 1. Swap LAN network cable (not resolve)

 

                       2. Reboot the device (not resolve)

 

                       3. Factory Reset the touch panel (not resolve)

 

                       4. Swap with other touch panel (not resolve)

 

Please assist.
