Hi Guys, We've been getting a lot of tickets submitted by users stating while VPN'd, their client just randomly disconnects. Some would walk away and comeback after 10-20 minutes and it's unresponsive; It'll show connected but can not open any resources. Some even say they would be on working then it'll disconnect then they see a window saying it lost its connectivity and tries to re-connect. I've been working with Cisco TAC with this for a few weeks and still have not found a resolution. I've given them a lot od DART files as well as the ipconfigs of the user's PCs.
The ASA is a 5540 running ASA8.4(3) and the current client is anyconnect-win-3.1.02040-k9.pkg 2
Any and all thoughts is welcomed as I need to find a resolution to this before it gets out of hand. Thanks in advanced!
