Cisco Network Assistant - Why "No IP Address"?

I've recently updated Cisco Network Assistant to the latest verison -  5.8 (9.1) but I'm seeing something I've never noticed before.

In the Topology view one of my 3750's displays "No IP Address"  underneath it, but it does have an IP address set on Vlan245. Admittedly  Vlan1 has "no ip address" set but this is the same setup as another  3750 in that community which *does* show the correct IP address!

If I right click the switch with the error and click "Properties" the correct IP address is shown (see below).

I  don't know if this may have a bearing on the error but both the 3750's  in the topology were previously stacked, though we purposely broke the  stacking some time ago.

Also some other things:

  • I don't like having to give permissions in my "Program Files" to get the application working - bad practise!
  • I don't ike the Courier-style font in the Device Authentication  dialog that pops up after selecting a community - it looks completely  alien to the rest of the application

Hope someone can suggest something or fix CNA.

Thanks.

Craig
