snmp-server enable traps syslog do not seem to work on ASR-1001X (asr1001x-universalk9.03.12.03.S.154-2.S3-std.SPA.bin)

I have the following in running-config:

logging history informational

snmp-server enable traps syslog

Still snmp traps from syslogs are not sent. Other SNMP traps are working just fine (such as bgp)

Am I missing something or is this a bug?
