Unable to install CUCM10.5.2 on VMware workstation 11.(Critical Error)

Hi Guys

I have been trying to install CUCM10.5.2 on vmware workstation 11 on pc for lab. I have been getting the same error.(image attached)

I have tried using the ova template from cisco, but still failed.

Anything I am missing ?
