Hello Folks.
I have some issues with a Cisco 8831, I made these steps in order to make a hard reset (to get new firmware)
The model of the phone is: CP-8831-BASE-S V03
But after this, I'm getting the following message on the display of the phone.
Erase Processing
And this have some hours with the same status.
Have you had this kind of issue?
