We recently changed the public IP of the Cisco Expressway ,All the necessary changes is done
- Expressway-E configured the Single NIC deployment
- NAT Reflection configured
- Traversal Zones is active with Public IP
- SRV record in the Public DNS is working
- Internally Jabber is working fine
While accessing from internet getting error"Cannot communicate with the server" jabber for windows
While accessing from internet getting error"Cannot locate server" jabber for Android
attached the logs for the Diagnostic logs for expressway core and edge ,Error report logs for the jabber for windows
