I configured a softkey template with HLog softkey on the On Hook state.
When I test this softkey template on my IP Communicator, it is working fine. When I push the button I get the message "Logged out of Hunt Group". This message remains on the screen.
When I use the same softkey template on a Cisco 7821 SIP phone the message disappears after a couple of seconds. So the user doesn't know if he is part of the huntgroup. Is there a way to keep this message on the screen?
I know I can use the Phone Lines to have a logout button with status light but the client need all the line buttons for speeddails.
