I have installed CUAC standard 11.0 on my PC associated with a new application user with all necessary roles according to the guide documents. Howerver when I dounle-click the AC icon, a splash screen appears and displays: "Obtaining application user devices, please wait... "
After several hours, the status doesn't change. What's the problem here ?
