Cisco 3905 not booting Image download fail from 192.168.1.100 - vmlinuz file needed

We have a problem with a Cisco 3905 phone that is not booting and is displaying the error: Image download fail from 192.168.1.100

I found a Thread that says there is a vmlinuz file that needs to be placed on a TFTP server with the address 192.168.1.100 that will enable the phone to boot.

Does anyone have this file or is there some other solution to this problem?
