Issues install IP Communicator on Windows 10

Hello,

I'm having issues installing IP Communicator 8.6.5.0 on a Windows 10. The installer gets stuck at "Installing CDP driver." I've waited 10 minutes and it never seems to get pass this part. Any advice?
